  Bought a Cino bed from Structube and it is awful. Creaks, and thumps and there's no way to quiet it. Impossible to sleep on, really. I wrote a bad review on their website to accompany an initial bad review by someone else and now both reviews are mysteriously gone. So sketchy. Will never shop here again.

  Terrible service. Ordered a bed frame to be picked up in December. The boxes didn't fit in the car in the end, and that's when the issues started. The store clerk told us they would call us to confirm the time and date of delivery. They never called and for over a month we were unable to get a delivery date.

  Interesting note: While we were there, the lady next to us was arguing with one of their reps as well. I guess that's their amazing customer service at work.

  Structube ordered the wrong chairs. Once received, they told us that the actual chairs we wanted were back ordered. After speaking with the manager, he agreed to cover the difference in price, as the chairs we wanted were a bit more. After they called us to come pick them up once arrived, they no longer wanted to cover the additional cost despite their mistake. They stated that the manager who orginally agreed had been fired. Despite asking them repeatedly how this was my fault, the only answer I was provided was a blank stare.
